The Itinerary
Day 1
Sydney to Orange
Travel through the Blue Mountains and stop at Wentworth Falls Lookout for morning tea.
Visit Bathurst’s iconic Mt Panorama race track, then explore Abercrombie House, built by the famous Scottish Stewart clan in 1870.
After lunch, head to Orange for a 4-night stay at The Remington Orange, with dinner at the hotel.
Day 2
Cowra & Canowindra
After a hearty breakfast, visit Cowra’s WW2 POW Camp and the Japanese Gardens, renowned for their beauty.
Enjoy lunch at the Cultural Centre before heading to Canowindra’s Age of Fishes Museum.
Return to Orange for a vegetarian banquet dinner at Bodhi Garden.
Relax as we travel through pastoral landscapes to Parkes, home to the famous radio telescope “The Dish,” which broadcast the Apollo 11 moon landing.
Continue to Forbes to explore Federation buildings and visit the McFeeters Motor Museum.
After lunch, visit Woolerina Farm, famous for its Australian Merino fashion, before returning to Orange for dinner.

Day 4
Millthorpe, Carcoar & Phillip Shaw Winery
Explore the historic villages of Millthorpe and Carcoar, with morning tea in Millthorpe and lunch at the Iron Bark Café.
Visit Phillip Shaw Wines for a wine tasting, and if time allows, enjoy the local gardens before returning to Orange for dinner at the hotel.
Day 5
Mayfield Gardens & Homeward Bound
Visit the stunning Mayfield Gardens during the Autumn Festival for a guided tour and morning tea.
After exploring the Oberon Valley, we’ll stop for lunch at the Workies Club in Lithgow before heading back to Sydney.
