I still love putting itineraries together, planning the tours, booking and following the progress of the tour and then anxiously waiting for feedback on the return. It’s creative, competitive and rewarding. The success of our endeavors always comes down to the driver, they are a front of office, customer facing, the service delivery person and that’s why it’s important they enjoy their work”, CEO Paul Crowther shared on the topic.
